JORUNNERSBURG14 is a 14-kilometre road race, with a 7KM alongside it, created to celebrate 140 years of Johannesburg, translating the city’s milestone into a meaningful distance. Designed as a mass participation urban run, the race brings together clubs, crews, and everyday runners to move through the city as one. Taking place on 16 December 2026, a significant day of unity and reflection in South Africa, JORUNNERSBURG14 is a powerful, once-off celebration of the city in motion, officially sanctioned by Central Gauteng Athletics.
